Chenying Yang  杨晨颖

Welcome! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Strategy and Business Economics Division at University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business. *I am currently on the 2020-2021 job market and will be available for interviews throughout the job market season.

My main fields are international trade, urban economics, and industrial organization. My research focuses on decisions of multinational firms. Papers include studying interdependent production locations of multi-plant cement firms, intermediate inputs sourcing of automobile manufacturers, and organization of firm boundaries in the beer industry.
